About the Role:

Dominion Services For All People is looking for a passionate and driven Lead Behavioral Coach to join our dedicated team in Hampton, VA. In this impactful role, you'll guide individuals toward meaningful personal growth while leading a team committed to making a real difference in the community. Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral coaching plans for clients

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of behavioral coaches to ensure quality service delivery

Conduct behavioral assessments and monitor client progress toward established goals

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community stakeholders to support client outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and progress reports in compliance with organizational standards

Facilitate group and individual coaching sessions using evidence-based behavioral strategies

Identify and respond to crisis situations using appropriate de-escalation techniques

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (Master's preferred) or

3+ years of experience in behavioral coaching, case management, or a related human services role working with children

Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of mental healt disorders , trauma-informed care, or similar behavioral frameworks

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Ability to pass a background check and meet all state/agency compliance requirements

Compassionate, patient, and solutions-focused approach to client care
