About the Opportunity
Able Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinic in Sandy Springs.
We're building a clinician-first environment where BCBAs have a voice, caseloads remain manageable, and quality of care comes before volume. This is an opportunity to join us early, help shape the clinical culture, and grow into future leadership as the center expands.

What You'll Do
Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, including FBAs and assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and PEAK.
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans.
Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress and clinical needs.
Supervise, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs.
Partner with parents and caregivers through ongoing training and collaboration.
Maintain high standards of clinical quality, documentation, ethics, and BACB compliance.
Help foster a positive, collaborative clinical culture as our Sandy Springs center grows.
What We're Looking For
Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Georgia licensure or eligibility for licensure.
Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain required payer credentialing.
