Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As the Lead Breakfast Attendant, you will lead a team of kitchen staff. Your responsibilities will include creating employee schedules, planning menus, and managing food prep and serving during events. A successful Breakfast Lead must provide excellent customer service and have strong organizational abilities. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure a successful flow of food and beverage and happy customers in order to grow our business.
Responsibilities:
Plan weekly menus while keeping the guest’s requirements in mind
Determine ingredients and amounts and create shopping lists
Schedule employees
Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff
Oversee the preparation of breakfast to be served
Maintain a high level of customer service
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a leader in hospitality or food service
Knowledge of food safety regulation
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Experience creating menus
Ability to work weekend and holiday shifts, as necessary
