Lead Canvasser Responsibilities

Be the frontline leader by inspiring, managing, motivating, and mentoring a team of canvassers in the field.

Interact with homeowners and set the standards by generating your own leads.

Train new hires and help develop their customer interaction skills with confidence to set appointments.

Track performance, set daily goals, and celebrate team wins.

Report to management with progress, insights, and ideas to level up results.

Lead Canvasser Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED

Valid Driver's License

Reliable Vehicle

Previous experience with sales, canvassing or team leadership is a plus!
