Weβre seeking a Lead Care Provider (Floater) to join our dynamic team! In this full-time role (guaranteed 40 hours/week), youβll step in to fill client shifts, mentor fellow caregivers, and help deliver top-tier care across our community.

β¨ What Youβll Do as a Lead Care Provider:
π Fill in for client shifts between 9 AM and 5 PM as needed. π Provide on-call care to seniors in Suffolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Hampton. π©βπ« Mentor and support caregivers to ensure exceptional service delivery. π¬ Offer companionship and engaging conversation to clients. π Assist with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding. π§Ί Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and linen changes. π½οΈ Help with meal prep and dietary needs. π Assist with medication reminders and adherence support. π¨βπ©βπ§ Educate families on safe, supportive care techniques. π Assist in the transition process for new clients to ensure smooth care delivery. π Complete other duties as assigned by the Administrator.

β Valid Driverβs License & Personal Vehicle β Travel is a key part of the role. β Caregiving Experience β Personal care, senior care, or related fields. β Reliability & Independence β Ability to work without constant supervision. β Strong Communication Skills β Compassionate, clear communication with clients, families, and teammates. β Compassion & Professionalism β Every client deserves respect, dignity, and care.
