📝 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

🚗 Travel between client homes across Suffolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Hampton

🧭 Fill in for care shifts between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday

👥 Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow caregivers

🛁 Deliver personal care services: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding

🧺 Handle light housekeeping and laundry

🍽️ Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs

💊 Provide medication reminders

💬 Engage in companionship and emotional support

👨‍👩‍👧 Educate families on safe caregiving techniques

🧾 Assist with new client transitions and special care assignments

📋 Complete documentation and tasks as directed by the Administrator

🧠 What You’ll Need to Succeed:

✔ A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel required)

✔ At least 1 year of caregiving experience (PCA/CNA/NA)

✔ Confidence to work independently and handle varying assignments

✔ Professionalism, flexibility, and a caring heart

✔ Strong communication and people skills
