Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to ensure quality workmanship and coordinate with supervisors. This role requires hands-on carpentry skills and the ability to lead a small crew efficiently while meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Layout, frame, install drywall, trim, doors, partitions, flooring, and other finish materials

Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards

Coordinate daily with site supervisors

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of carpentry experience (commercial experience preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately

Must have own tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license

OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification is a plus

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding as needed

Compensation:
