About the Role:

Lancaster Custom Dock & Lift Systems is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team in Troutman, NC. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in constructing and installing custom dock and lift systems for our clients, contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Construct and install custom dock and lift systems according to specifications

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, metal, fiberglass, and other materials

Ensure all work is completed with high quality and attention to detail

Adhere to safety and building codes

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Carpenter

Knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, as well as the use of all necessary tools

Ability to read technical documents and drawings

Good physical condition and endurance

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift 80lbs

Valid Driver's License

Must have own tools

Comfortable working on water
