    Hudson Table is opening in Princeton and we’re looking for talented and passionate Lead Chefs to help us launch our newest studio! This is a unique opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up—bringing Hudson Table’s signature culinary experiences to a new community.

    We specialize in hands-on cooking classes, high-energy chef competitions, and private catered events hosted in our open kitchens. As a Lead Chef in Princeton, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, growing our new location, and building strong relationships with a brand-new audience.

    What You’ll Do

    Help launch Hudson Table Princeton by leading classes, competitions, and events

    Teach hands-on cooking classes using Hudson Table’s menus and methods

    Develop and execute menus for catering and chef’s table dinners

    Lead and mentor Kitchen Assistants to deliver seamless events

    Engage with guests in a fun, interactive open-kitchen setting

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen

    Qualifications

    Culinary degree preferred; minimum 5 years of experience in professional kitchens

    Background in teaching, catering, or events a strong plus

    Strong leadership, multitasking, and guest engagement skills

    Comfortable lifting 40–60 lbs, working nights/weekends

    2–3 shifts per week, including weekends

    Compensation & Benefits

    $30-45/hr starting pay
