Your Mission

Deliver exceptional chiropractic care and help patients thrive

Educate patients and the community about wellness and prevention

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years clinical experience

Energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for patient care

Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated to grow a clinic and a team

Excitement for mentoring staff and leading community engagement

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $97,000–$110,000 annually

• Metric performance & production bonus: Up to $60,000 annually, based on achievement of performance metrics:

• Tier 1: Up to $20,000

• Tier 2: Up to $40,000

• Tier 3: Up to $60,000

• CE allowance: $1,500/year + 3 paid CE days

• Paid time off: 10 days/year + 6 holidays

• Health stipend: $500/month

• California state retirement plan (CalSavers) available
