Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Lead Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead on cleaning tasks, help ensure high-quality results at every job site, and support the team with training and guidance when needed. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and enjoys creating clean, welcoming spaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and trash removal

Lead and support cleaning team members during scheduled jobs

Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for quality

Track supplies and communicate when restocking is needed

Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning equipment

Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Report any issues, damages, or special client requests

Help train new cleaners on procedures and expectations

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience required; leadership experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and with a team

Dependable, punctual, and responsible

Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks

Reliable transportation required
