Position Overview: We’re searching for a motivated Lead Cleaning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person on the job, responsible for team coordination, customer interactions, and ensuring every home gets the five-star treatment it deserves.

Key Responsibilities:

Being a team player working with a partner each day to clean homes throughout the Huntsville, Madison and surrounding areas.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

Train and mentor team members in cleaning best practices

Manage the daily cleaning schedule and keep the team on track

Ensure team has all necessary supplies and equipment each day

Collect payments and handle basic customer service issues

Direct team on cleaning strategy, expectations, and quality standards

Requirements:

At least 1 year of residential cleaning experience (excluding janitorial)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong communication and leadership skills

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Preferred Skills:

Leadership or supervisory experience

Ability to motivate a team and create a positive work environment

Dependable and proactive with a strong work ethic
