Handyman Connection of Lexington is a growing home services company committed to professionalism, reliability, and high-quality results. We’re looking for a motivated Lead Cleaning Technician who can take ownership of job sites, train team members, and ensure exceptional service for our clients.

Responsibilities

Lead cleaning crews on residential and/or commercial job sites

Perform detailed cleaning tasks including floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas

Ensure all work meets company quality standards

Train and mentor new technicians

Maintain equipment, supplies

Communicate clearly with clients and office staff regarding job status

Track time, materials, and job notes in company software

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

3+ years of professional cleaning experience (lead or crew-lead experience preferred)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Strong attention to detail

Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability

Ability to manage small teams and keep jobs on schedule

Must pass background check
