We’re looking for a skilled closet installer who loves turning a design plan into a beautiful finished space tailored to each client’s needs. Join our growing team as we disrupt the custom storage solutions market in Greater Boston!

Responsibilities:

Install custom closet systems in homes or businesses

Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail and communication

Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

Work with team members to complete projects on schedule

Follow company policies and customer service standards

Job Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Proficient with common carpentry tools and installation equipment

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physical tasks

Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Carpentry, cabinetry, or technical/vocational training preferred

Experience assembling or installing furniture

Background in custom, trim, or cabinet carpentry is a plus
