In this full-time, non-exempt role, you’ll partner with the Studio Manager to grow revenue, lead a high-performing team, and create an exceptional member experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop Your Team

Recruit, onboard, and mentor Fitness Coaches

Set and track monthly goals (sessions, demos, conversions)

Conduct weekly meetings and performance check-ins

Drive Studio Success

Partner with Studio Manager to achieve revenue and membership goals

Ensure every member and guest has a top-tier experience

Coach & Deliver Results

Lead sessions and perform InBody evaluations

Guide members on proper form and maximize results

Operate with Excellence

Stay current on all BODY20 services and programs

Safely operate EMS and fitness equipment (including lifting up to 50 lbs)

What You Bring

Passion for fitness and leadership

Strong communication and organizational skills

Integrity, energy, and a results-driven mindset

Preferred:

Personal Training Certification

CPR/AED Certification

1–3 years of training experience
