    Position Overview

    Lifetime Roofing is seeking an experienced Lead Cold Caller to oversee and support our outbound calling efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and has previous experience managing or mentoring a small calling team.

    As the Lead Cold Caller, you’ll be responsible not only for making outbound calls to homeowners across Louisiana but also for tracking team performance, analyzing call data, and helping to improve scripts, conversion rates, and overall efficiency. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Central Time Zone to align with our business hours.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Make outbound calls to residential prospects from provided lead lists

    Follow a structured script to introduce company services and qualify interest

    Schedule appointments for the sales team and accurately log all lead details in the CRM

    Track and report daily/weekly team metrics (calls, contacts, leads, appointments, conversions)

    Provide feedback, guidance, and support to team members to optimize performance

    Assist in refining call scripts and processes for improved outcomes

    Meet and exceed individual and team goals

    Requirements:

    Previous cold calling experience required (roofing, solar, or home improvement industry preferred)

    Prior leadership or team lead experience in a call center or phone sales setting

    Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette

    Organized and data-driven — comfortable using CRMs and maintaining performance reports

    Self-motivated, dependable, and positive under pressure

    Must be located in the Central Time Zone and available during standard business hours
