Job Summary
Lead in-home HVAC evaluations, deliver customized comfort solutions, and close high-volume sales while mentoring the team. Work primarily with warm leads to hit 2 systems per day, prioritizing trust, integrity, and premium service in this consultative leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-home consultations and inspections (attics, crawl spaces, equipment) to assess HVAC and air quality needs.
Present energy-efficient, financing-inclusive solutions to overcome objections and close deals.
Manage sales pipeline via CRM and digital tools to meet daily targets from warm leads.
Train team on ethical techniques and high-ticket strategies to boost performance.
Foster customer relationships with prompt communication and follow-ups.
Coordinate with technicians for seamless installations and post-sale support.
Track records, forecasts, and KPIs to drive revenue and improvements.
Meet standards for lead turnaround and 24-hour feedback.
Qualifications
5+ years HVAC sales from a top home services firm, with proven high-ticket residential closes and lead generation.
Expertise in HVAC systems, ducting, air quality, and financing (or quick learner).
Leadership in team training, with personable, ethical sales style.
Strong communication, negotiation, and time management; self-motivated.
Comfort in home environments closing $5,000+ deals.
CRM/digital tools experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean record required.
High School Diploma/GED minimum; higher education a plus.
