TSS HVAC: Lead Commercial HVAC Installer – Boise, ID

$37–$46 per hour DOE | Company Truck | Immediate Opening

TSS HVAC Services is a commercial HVAC contractor serving Boise and the surrounding area. We are hiring a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer in the Boise area to step into an active workload. This position is for an experienced commercial installer who can lead field work, read plans, and perform ductwork takeoffs and sheet metal layout.

What You’ll Do

Lead commercial HVAC installations from start to finish

Install RTUs, split systems, ductwork, VRF/VRV systems, gas piping, and controls tie-ins

Perform ductwork takeoffs and measure sheet metal duct and fittings

Read and interpret plans, specifications, and install drawings

Coordinate crane picks, rigging, lifts, and equipment placement

Perform startups

Maintain safety, quality, and schedule expectations

Communicate clearly with project managers and supervisors

Requirements

5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience

Proven experience with sheet metal ductwork takeoffs and layout

EPA certification and applicable state licensing

Clean MVR; able to pass background check and drug screening

Able to lift 75 lbs and work on roofs, lifts, ladders, and in all weather

Available for occasional overtime or Saturdays
