Role Design
• Caseloads primarily consist of 25–30-hour/week clients • Supervision averages 5–7% of authorized hours • Parent training is a required, scheduled clinical responsibility • Strong administrative and scheduling support • Clear expectations that protect clinical quality and clinician longevity
This is a community-based role and is not clinic-based.
Responsibilities
• Oversee ABA treatment programs in community settings • Supervise and coach RBTs with consistency and clarity • Lead parent training to support skill generalization • Collaborate with schools and related providers as needed • Maintain timely, ethical documentation aligned with payer standards • Operate within clearly defined clinical and operational expectations
