We are looking for a Lead Concrete Coatings Installer. Freedom Concrete Coatings specializes in crafting sophisticated and durable concrete floor systems. In your role, you'll be involved in various tasks such as preparing concrete, operating machinery, applying base coats, spreading chips, and adding the top coat. We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented concrete coating technician to join our team. We are in search of an individual who shares our enthusiasm for the trade and is eager about our company's growth. Responsibilities: • Keep material inventory and generate orders for upcoming jobs • Keep the trailer clean, organized, and ready for daily use • Evaluate floor, grind, and clean surfaces in preparation for coating installation • Repairing cracks and joints in concrete • Mix and apply polyurea coatings according to the manufacturer's specifications • Inspect installed coatings for accuracy, completion, and conformance to product specifications • Ensuring high-quality, clean finishes with attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship • Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs as needed • Providing excellent customer service • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions • Your work schedule will encompass 5 to 6 days a week • Workdays will span 8 to 14 hours Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in concrete coating or epoxy flooring is ideal, but not required • Knowledgeable in concrete coatings, application processes, safety protocols, and other related tasks • US work authorization and successfully pass a background check • Having prior experience is beneficial, but we're fully prepared to provide training • Reliable transportation to commute to and from work is required Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
