Our marketing efforts generate a steady flow of motivated seller leads, and we’re looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of managing, organizing, and converting those opportunities. This is a key role within the company and plays a direct part in keeping the business running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for responding to inbound leads, managing and updating the CRM, and making sure every opportunity receives timely, professional, and consistent follow-up. Why Cash Now Philly • Fast-paced, growth-focused environment • Direct impact on deals and revenue • Opportunity to grow with a scaling investment company • Team culture built around execution and results Compensation & Benefits • Expected first-year earnings: $65,000 to $75,000, no ceiling • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Hybrid work schedule • Health insurance • Clear path for growth and advancement Responsibilities: Lead Management • Respond quickly to inbound seller leads • Speak with homeowners and gather key property information • Qualify leads and route strong opportunities to the acquisitions team • Ensure every lead receives consistent follow-up Database Management • Maintain and organize our CRM database • Tag and categorize leads correctly • Keep notes, timelines, and communication records updated • Track lead sources and marketing performance Follow Up and Pipeline Management • Ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks • Manage follow-up schedules and nurture leads over time • Support the acquisitions team with organized and accurate lead data Process Improvement • Help improve lead management systems and workflows • Identify opportunities to make the pipeline more efficient Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong communication skills • Ability to quickly build rapport with homeowners and understand their needs • Proven track record of managing and organizing data efficiently in a CRM system • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate tagging and categorization of leads • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads simultaneously • Experience in tracking marketing performance and analyzing lead sources • Proven ability to follow up consistently and nurture leads over time, ensuring no opportunity is missed Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
