What You’ll Do: As one of our Lead Installers, you’ll be in charge of ensuring every granite installation is flawless, on time, and exceeds customer expectations. You’ll lead and mentor a crew, communicate with clients and project leaders, and ensure that each job site runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Responsibilities: A Day in the Life: • Lead a team of installers to complete residential and commercial granite installations. • Set the tone on-site with professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. • Train and mentor up-and-coming team members in craft, safety, and standards. • Perform high-quality installs — and troubleshoot challenges when needed. • Serve as the on-site point person for clients, delivering confidence and satisfaction. • Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects moving and customers happy. Ensure all tools, materials, paperwork, and job-site checklists are completed correctly and on time. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in stone or granite installation — ideally in a leadership or team lead role. • Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative on-site. • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. • A positive, team-focused mindset and pride in your work. • The ability to lead with professionalism — whether training your team or speaking with customers. Compensation: $24 - $32 hourly
