Responsibilities: • Lead and manage complex criminal defense cases from intake through verdict • Mentor and supervise associate attorneys and staff • Develop winning trial strategies and courtroom presentations • Conduct legal research, draft motions, and appear in court daily • Manage client relationships with professionalism and empathy • Collaborate with leadership on firm-wide initiatives and growth Qualifications: • Florida-licensed attorney in good standing • 10+ years of criminal defense experience • 50 or more jury trials tried to a verdict (required) • Proven felony-trial success rate • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) a huge plus • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience • Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 yearly
