The Lead Data Programmer will oversee the development and management of data-centric applications, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems. This role requires expertise in data programming and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain advanced data processing and management applications to support business needs.

Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to create and implement data transformation, integration, and automation solutions.

Monitor and ensure the accuracy, security, and performance of data systems, adhering to best practices in data management.

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the data programming team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Identify and address performance issues, and implement improvements to enhance data system efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience with data programming languages such as SQL and Python, with a proven track record in developing complex data solutions.

Strong knowledge of data management best practices, including data governance, data quality, and data integration.

7+ years of experience with Azure data services and Dynamics 365 integration, demonstrating the ability to leverage these technologies effectively.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and provide actionable solutions.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and lead a team effectively.
