You will be responsible for managing incoming leads, organizing our CRM, and making sure every opportunity is followed up with quickly and professionally. Why Cash Now Philly • Fast-paced forward-thinking environment • Direct impact on real estate deals and company growth • Opportunity to grow with a scaling investment company • Work with a team focused on execution and results Compensation • Expected first-year earnings: $65,000- $75,000 • Paid Time Off • Hybrid Work Schedule • Growth Potential • Health Insurance • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: Lead Management • Respond quickly to inbound seller leads • Speak with homeowners and gather key property information • Qualify leads and route strong opportunities to the acquisitions team • Ensure every lead receives consistent follow-up Database Management • Maintain and organize our CRM database • Tag and categorize leads correctly • Keep notes, timelines, and communication records updated • Track lead sources and marketing performance Follow Up and Pipeline Management • Ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks • Manage follow-up schedules and nurture leads over time • Support the acquisitions team with organized and accurate lead data Process Improvement • Help improve lead management systems and workflows Qualifications: • Highly organized and detail oriented • Comfortable speaking with people and asking questions • Fast responder who understands the importance of speed to lead • Proactive problem solver who keeps systems running smoothly • Comfortable using CRMs and learning new software Preferred Experience • CRM experience in Salesforce or similar • Inside sales or lead management experience • Real estate or real estate investment experience is helpful but not required • Strong organizational and communication skills Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
