Qualifications: • Experience in deck building or finish carpentry, with a focus on custom composite decks. • Strong knowledge of framing, layout, stairs, railings, and exterior construction techniques. • Ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately to ensure precise execution. • Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative work environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards. • Effective communication skills to professionally interact with homeowners and address concerns. • Reliable transportation and a valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record are required. Compensation: $35 - $45 hourly
