Pay & Benefits: • $35+/hr DOE • Performance-based bonuses (routine + meaningful) • 75% company-paid top-tier medical plan • Dental + Vision • PTO • 4-day work week (3-day weekends every week) • Year-round, steady work • Weekly Taco Tuesdays Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a crew on residential deck projects • Read and execute plans/blueprints accurately • Keep jobs on schedule and running efficiently • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite • Ensure high-quality craftsmanship from start to finish Qualifications: • Strong construction background (deck experience preferred) • Experience with composite decking systems • Ability to read and follow blueprints • Proven leadership on jobsites • Valid driver’s license + clean driving record • Basic hand tools • Ability to pass a background check Compensation: $72,000 + Bonuses
