Lead Dentist – Lawrenceville, GA

The Position:
We are currently seeking a Lead Dentist to join a brand-new de novo private practice opening in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a modern, patient-focused practice from the ground up while working alongside a collaborative clinical team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, efficient, and comfortable in a leadership role within a growing practice.

Practice Overview:

• De novo private practice
• 4 operatories
• 2 dentists, 2 hygienists
• Open Dental software
• 100% FFS / PPO patient base
• Modern build with strong emphasis on quality care and patient experience

Schedule:

• 4-day work week
• Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation:

• $1,200 daily guarantee

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry care
• Perform molar endodontics
• Perform surgical extractions
• Help establish and grow clinical workflows in a new practice
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting

Requirements:

• Active Dental license in the state of Georgia
• Proficiency in molar endo and surgical extractions
• Bilingual preferred
• Strong communication and patient management skills
