What You’ll Do

As the Lead Designer, you'll take projects from concept through construction. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to design functional, beautiful spaces while managing materials, timelines, and project handoffs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Space planning and conceptual design using Chief Architect
• Site measurement and documentation
• Material, fixture, and finish selection
• Client-facing design presentations and product specification meetings
• Collaboration with the production team for seamless project execution
• Staying current with design trends and products
• Managing and maintaining project design schedules

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in design/drafting/estimating, preferably in residential remodeling
• Experience managing projects from concept to completion
• Strong proficiency in design programs; Chief Architect strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of kitchen & bath design, cabinetry, materials, and fixtures
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and construction processes

Compensation

• $75,000 - $85,000
• Health spending account
• PTO
