    Job Summary

    We are seeking a professional and skilled Lead Dispatcher to join our team. As a Lead Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating maintenance activities, optimizing schedules, and ensuring that our operations run seamlessly. You will work closely with our maintenance staff, clients, and vendors to manage appointments and resources effectively.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain detailed schedules for maintenance tasks and projects.

    Coordinate and prioritize service requests to ensure timely completion.

    Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and management to address scheduling needs and changes.

    Monitor and track progress on scheduled tasks, making adjustments as necessary.

    Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities and performance metrics.

    Collaborate with team members to improve scheduling processes and enhance efficiency.

    Run 24/7 emergency service on a rotating schedule by phone or email.

    Manage Emergency service with the highest priority to communication.

    Keep notes, portals and emails updated throughout the life of the call.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position

    Excellent typing and data entry skills

    Understanding of best practices and procedures for emergency response situations

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects

    Ability to work well under pressure

    Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
