We are growing our commercial and multifamily service division throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and are looking for an experienced Lead Commercial Service Technician who can step into the field with confidence.
This is an opportunity for a skilled Texas Journeyman Electrician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, working independently, and building strong relationships with commercial customers.

What You'll Do
Respond independently to commercial and multifamily electrical service calls
Troubleshoot electrical systems, equipment, controls, lighting, and power distribution
Perform electrical repairs, installations, upgrades, and maintenance
Lead and direct apprentices and helpers when assigned
Communicate professionally with property managers, facility managers, general contractors, and commercial customers
Identify additional work opportunities
Assist with information needed for proposals and change orders
Complete accurate service reports, material lists, and job documentation
Manage smaller projects from start to finish
Maintain company tools, equipment, and assigned vehicle
Follow established safety policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License required
Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Commercial service-call experience
Experience working in occupied commercial facilities
Ability to read electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to safely use ladders, lifts, and electrical testing equipment
