⚡ Lead Electrician / Service Technician (Commission – $100K–$150K+)

💰 Pay Structure
This is a commission-based position designed for high performers.
Top performers earn $100,000–$150,000+ per year
No cap on earnings
Income is based on performance and production
Training Pay:
$25/hour + commission for the first 30 days while you get up to speed, learn our process, and build your pipeline
Transition to full commission after onboarding period
Most technicians are fully ramped and producing within 2–4 weeks. Consistent lead flow provided — no need to generate your own work

Responsibilities
Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions in residential and light commercial environments
Prepare and present estimates to customers
Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
Manage materials and job preparation
Lead jobs from start to finish
Mentor and guide an apprentice
Ensure all work meets code and safety standards
Maintain job notes, photos, and documentation
Qualifications
3+ years of electrical experience (residential/service preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers
Comfortable presenting options and closing work
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Leadership mindset and willingness to mentor
Valid driver’s license
Journeyman license preferred but not required
