What You’ll Do

Perform residential and light commercial electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades.

Interpret blueprints, building plans, and NEC/local codes to execute high-quality work.

Lead by example — training and mentoring apprentices on-site.

Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide efficient solutions.

Maintain safety and cleanliness on all job sites.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record (no suspensions within 3 years).

2+ years of hands-on experience.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Physical stamina to work in varied environments.

Experience with residential electrical systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician License.

Solid understanding of NEC and local code.

Experience leading both residential and commercial projects.
