We are seeking a Lead Electrician to join our team! This position is mostly local work around the Ozarks. Responsibilities: Responsibilities, requirements, and pay will differ based on the technician's experience and capabilities. • Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems, components, and related equipment according to safety codes. • Analyze and repair motor and control systems commonly utilized in industrial and commercial settings. • Execute preventive maintenance activities on electrical wiring and systems. • Exercise problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to solve problems. • Install, program, and mount VFDs, soft starts, transformers, and motors, and panelboards. • Stretch and run wire, conduit, and other materials of varying sizes. • Utilize threaders, big pipe benders, and tuggers as necessary. • Meet customer needs and company standards. • This position is safety sensitive. Qualifications: • Must have at least 3 - 5 years as a Journeyman Electrician with a license in AR or OK. • Capable of comprehending electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. • Must have excellent customer service. • Must have flexibility to work after hours or on weekends if needed. • Must be able to travel to the Springfield office when needed. • Must be able to follow all safety protocols per the customer and the company. • Class E driver's license preferred for use of company vehicles. • OSHA 10 certification is highly preferred, but will be required within the first 60 days of employment. Compensation: $35+ hourly DOE
