    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Lead Environmental Remediation Project Engineer to manage and support multidisciplinary teams on complex remediation projects. This role involves leading technical strategy, regulatory interface, system design, and project execution for a variety of site types and contaminant challenges.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and support the design, construction, operation, and optimization of remediation systems for soil, groundwater, stormwater, and air.

    • Evaluate data from aquifer tests, bench- and pilot-scale studies, sampling events, and modeling to support remedial decisions.

    • Prepare and review design basis documents, technical specifications, and reports; mentor junior engineers and scientists.

    • Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permitting requirements.

    • Manage projects ranging from small commercial sites to large-scale industrial and federal facilities.

    • Develop project proposals, cost estimates, and long-term remediation plans.

    • Collaborate with technical teams across multiple office locations, contributing to internal initiatives and fostering knowledge sharing.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (ABET-accredited).

    • 7+ years of experience in environmental remediation engineering.

    • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.

    • Proven experience with remedial technologies for various contaminants across soil, groundwater, stormwater, and air.

    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for project needs.
