The Job: Lead Installer

We need an experienced installer to lead our jobs and a small team.

This is a hands-on job. You will be in charge on-site, making sure every job gets done right.

You will lead and teach one helper.

What You Will Do

•Run the Job: Lead projects from start to finish.

•Manage Your Helper: Tell your helper what to do and make sure they do it right.

•Install Floors: Grind the concrete, fix cracks, and install our flake floor systems.

•Check Quality: Make sure every floor is perfect before you leave.

•Talk to Customers: Keep the customer updated on the job.

•Handle Tools: Take care of the company's tools and truck.

What You Need

•Experience: You MUST have experience installing epoxy floors. Experience with flake floors is a big plus.

•Leadership: You MUST have experience leading a helper or a small crew.

•Skills: You must know how to use concrete grinders and other floor prep tools.

•Attitude: Be responsible, on time, and care about doing good work.

•Driver's License: You MUST have a valid driver's license.
