    The Overview

We’re hunting for a people-loving, sharp-as-a-tack attorney who’s as good with clients as they are with trusts. Your job? Close estate plans like a pro, lead a killer legal team, and help us grow — without turning into a buzzword machine.

If you’re burned out from hourly billing, tired of being told “we’ve always done it this way,” or craving more autonomy and influence — this is your homecoming.

    Who We Are

Monteforte Law, P.C. is a boutique estate planning and elder law firm serving higher-income clients who want real, strategic planning — not off-the-shelf docs. Think proprietary trusts, wealth preservation, Medicaid guidance, and help navigating probate with heart and clarity.

    Here’s what makes us different:

We helped one client avoid almost $1 million in estate taxes using our advanced planning systems.

We’ve created proprietary tools like the 20/20 Hindsight Trust to protect families from life’s what-ifs.

Our clients stick with us not just because of results, but because they feel taken care of.

Our team is tight, drama-free, and driven by service — not status.

    What You’ll Actually Do

Let’s be clear: this role is 50% attorney, 50% strategist, 100% impact.

    You’ll:

Run Strategic Planning Sessions (SPS) with prospective clients — we’ll train you on our system

Deliver smart, strategic recommendations and close estate plans in the $7K–$10K+ range

Lead our legal team and facilitate Wednesday Level 10 (L10) meetings

Assign and oversee client matters for associate attorneys and paralegals

Be the go-to for complex legal questions and client guidance

Collaborate directly with our CEO on firm-wide strategy and innovation

Drive a client-first culture that emphasizes excellence, empathy, and results

This is a leadership role. If you just want to coast behind a mahogany desk, this ain’t it.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

Are licensed in Massachusetts and have 5+ years of estate planning experience

Can confidently speak with high-net-worth clients without sounding like a robot

Actually like working with people and bring empathy to every meeting

Are excited to learn persuasive communication methods like NEPQ or Sandler (we’ll teach you)

    Crave both autonomy and accountability

Don’t ghost your team when the going gets tough

    You’re Probably Not a Fit If You…

Think “sales” is a dirty word

Can’t take feedback without turning it into a TED Talk

Want to work from home in pajama pants — this is in-office

Feel allergic to new systems and processes

    What’s in It for You?

$100K+ base salary (commensurate with experience) + performance and revenue-based bonuses

Commission based on revenue — the better you do, the more you earn

401(k) with 4% match, health benefits, PTO

Proprietary training in advanced estate planning and legal tech

ZERO billable hour requirements — because we run this firm like a business, not a factory

Why This Role Matters (and Rocks)

We don’t just draft documents—we change lives.

Our clients trust us with some of their biggest decisions. Whether it’s preserving family wealth, preparing for incapacity, or protecting a child’s future, we guide them with clarity, care, and confidence.

As our Lead Estate Planning Attorney, you’ll be at the center of these stories. You’ll lead with empathy, deliver real solutions, and have a team that has your back — all while helping shape the firm’s future.

Oh, and yes — we do birthdays, snacks, and cake. Sometimes all three.

    How to Apply

Send us your resume and a cover letter that includes:

Your favorite movie and why (yes, really — no bonus points for saying The Godfather)

A sentence or two about your best legal sale — what made it work?

A brief reflection on a time you went above and beyond for a client and the impact it had

Monteforte Law, P.C. is an equal opportunity employer. But we don't hire jerks. If you're a jerk, hard pass.

Applications without a cover letter will not be reviewed!
