Lead Fence Installer – Full Time (Employed Position)

We are a growing fence company looking for a hands-on Lead Fence Installer to run a two-man crew and help us continue delivering high-quality installations.

This is a full-time employed position, not subcontract work.

What You’ll Do

Lead and work alongside a two-man crew installing all types of fencing

(wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental, pipe, etc.)

Ensure jobs are installed correctly, efficiently, and professionally

Load materials, manage the jobsite, and complete installs on schedule

Communicate with the office as needed regarding job progress or issues

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of fence installation experience

Proven ability to lead a crew and get jobs done right

Reliable, dependable, and shows up ready to work every day

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Valid driver’s license
