Lead Floor Care Technician – Strip & Wax (Overnight, Temporary with Future Opportunity)

Elite 360 Cleaning Solutions is looking for 1–2 experienced floor care professionals to take the lead on an upcoming strip & wax project. This is a temporary position lasting about one month, with the potential for ongoing work in the future.

📍 Location: Lincoln, NE ⏰ Schedule: Overnight shifts (jobs begin after 11:00 PM when the facility closes)

Responsibilities:

Lead or assist in stripping & waxing VCT and other hard floors

Safely operate floor care equipment (buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers)

Deliver high-quality results and maintain professional standards

Work independently and efficiently during overnight hours

Requirements:

Experience in floor stripping & waxing is required

Ability to lift/move equipment and supplies as needed

Dependable and detail-oriented with reliable transportation

Comfortable working overnight shifts (start times after 11 PM)

Details:

Temporary role (approx. 1 month of steady overnight work)
