Job Responsibilities include:

Overseeing a team of 2-3 installers and ensuring quality workmanship

Communicating with clients and providing exceptional customer service

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Troubleshooting and problem-solving on job sites

Driving a box truck and operating equipment such as a floor grinders

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The position is full-time. Our lead installers earn up to $40/hour based on performance and experience.
