About the Role:

As the Lead Follow-Up Specialist at The Exercise Coach, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients and guiding them on their fitness journey. Join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming lives through personalized exercise coaching in a supportive environment at three exercise studio locations: Pearland, Friendswood and League City.

Responsibilities:

Engage with leads through phone calls, texts, emails, and follow-up messages to nurture relationships.

Track and manage lead interactions using CRM software to ensure timely follow-ups.

Collaborate with the coaching team to understand client needs and tailor communication strategies.

Schedule free initial consultations for potential clients to experience The Exercise Coach program.

Develop and implement follow-up strategies to convert leads into loyal clients.

Monitor lead conversion metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach initiatives.

Maintain an upbeat and positive demeanor to inspire and motivate potential clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation roles.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on relationship building.

Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
