Job Title: Lead Food Prep Chef
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (may extend depending on need)
Job Responsibilities:
Set up the front of house before operations begin.
Create a daily food prep list for the team.
Prepare sauces and other necessary ingredients as required.
Handle raw seafood and other ingredients with care, ensuring proper food safety.
Comfortable working with knives and other kitchen equipment.
Properly inventory and stock food supplies, ensuring no shortages during operations.
Clean and sanitize your workstation at the end of your shift.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid Food Handler’s License.
Experience working in a kitchen environment preferred.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
