Deliver an exceptional, high-energy guest experience—every shift

Consistently lead the team in memberships, upgrades, retail & gift card sales

Serve as the go-to leader for front desk flow, problem-solving, and guest recovery

Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to hit individual and team goals

Assist leadership with training new hires and reinforcing sales standards

Ensure scheduling, calls, and check-in/check-out run smoothly and professionally

Maintain a polished, welcoming, on-brand spa environment

Model professionalism, accountability, and a winning mindset at all times

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Proven sales performance (you love goals and consistently hit them)

Confidence discussing pricing, memberships, and value

Availability Tues, Wed, Fri & weekends (Sat or Sun)

Previous sales or customer-facing experience required

Leadership or key-holder experience strongly preferred

💰 Compensation & Perks

$16/hr + commission + monthly bonuses (based on experience)
