    Position Summary/Objective

    We are seeking a proactive, engaging Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator to support lead generation and digital engagement initiatives across My Salon Suite’s corporate locations. This role plays a critical part in nurturing prospective suite members, managing day-to-day lead outreach, and supporting brand building marketing activities.

    The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for social media, content coordination, and customer interaction. This position requires a detail oriented individual who is motivated to contribute to leasing success, digital community engagement, and marketing performance.

    The Lead & Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely and will report directly to the Territory Field Manager, assisting with outreach efforts, content scheduling, and reporting to drive business growth.

    Essential Functions

    Lead Outreach & Engagement

    Make timely and professional initial contact with inbound leads via phone, text, email, and social media direct messaging using provided scripts and templates.

    Qualify leads by identifying key criteria (i.e. location, licensing, specialty, availability for tours).

    Log communications, lead interactions, and status updates accurately in the SuiteForce CRM system.

    Coordinate tour scheduling between prospective members and district/area managers.

    Send confirmations and reminders to ensure a positive and consistent lead experience.

    Conduct nurture-stage follow ups and assist in maintaining lead engagement pipelines.

    Flag high-priority or inactive leads for further review and strategic follow up by management.

    Social Media Support

    Assist with creating and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using pre-approved brand materials and locally sourced content.

    Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and tags to foster community interaction.

    Monitor and update Google Business Profiles; track and respond to online reviews in coordination with marketing leadership.

    Collect and organize user-generated content, testimonials, and suite success stories from internal partners.

    Participate in the planning and execution of local campaigns and brand promotions.

    Marketing Coordination & Reporting

    Track lead source attribution (i.e., Google Ads, social media, referrals, walk-ins).

    Support campaign tracking, performance monitoring, and reporting on key marketing KPIs.

    Assist with analyzing ad effectiveness across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads platforms under the guidance of the Territory Field Manager.

    Maintain marketing asset libraries and assist with creative deliverables, when needed.

    Basic knowledge of content planning and campaign tracking is a plus.

    Supervisory Responsibility

    This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

    Work Environment

    This is a remote position and operates in a virtual team setting. The role relies on consistent communication through digital tools such as video conferencing, email, and chat platforms.

    Physical Demands

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to walk, talk, see and hear. And lift up to 20 pounds.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time, exempt position of approximately 40 hours per week, generally Monday through Friday. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required to accommodate lead engagement across time zones.

    Travel

    Travel is primarily during business days, out-of-the-area and overnight travel is expected based on individual job responsibilities. Some of the travel may occur on weekends. Company events may include Summits and the Annual Conventions may also include travel. Travel is expected to be less than 10%.

    Required (or Preferred) Education and Experience

    1+ years of experience in customer engagement, marketing coordination, sales support, or related roles.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).

    Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

    Experience using CRM tools (i.e., SuiteForce, Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
