Key Responsibilities

Proactively make outbound calls to potential leads using scripts and call lists

Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our field sales team

Follow up on previous contacts and maintain consistent communication

Track and meet daily/weekly call and conversion goals

Maintain accurate lead records and notes in our CRM system

What You Bring

Experience: Proven background in telemarketing or phone-based sales (required)

Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive phone presence

Motivation: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven

Organization: Detail-oriented and efficient with follow-up and record-keeping

Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in roofing, home improvement, or storm restoration is a bonus
