Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, outgoing Lead Generator to staff our Costco kiosk on weekends. You will be gathering leads for a countertop company inside Costco by engaging members, answering basic questions, and collecting contact information for in‑home consultations. This role is lead generation only — no selling, quoting, or closing.

Schedule

Friday – Sunday

Must be available during all Costco warehouse hours on scheduled days

Responsibilities

Proactively approach Costco members in a friendly, professional manner

Introduce our countertop products (kitchen & bath surfaces) at a high level

Ask qualifying questions (homeowner status, interest, timeline)

Collect accurate lead information (name, phone, email, address)

Explain the next step: free in‑home consultation

Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and fully stocked with brochures

Follow all Costco rules and professionalism standards

Requirements

Comfortable approaching and speaking with the public

Reliable and punctual (attendance is critical at Costco)

Professional appearance and communication skills

Able to stand for extended periods

Weekend availability every Friday–Sunday scheduled

Retail, kiosk, or lead‑gen experience preferred (not required)
