The Glass Guru of West Houston is a fast-growing glass and glazing startup looking for a Lead Glazier to anchor our field operations. We aren't just looking for an installer; we’re looking for a partner in growth. You’ll have the autonomy to manage high-end projects, mentor a growing team, and help us define our standard of excellence. What You’ll Get:

Competitive hourly pay $25 to $28 per hour based on experience

Performance bonuses potentials

Bi -annual performance review with potential base pay increase

Who You Are:

Required residential glazier experience

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work on ladders

What You’ll Do:

Lead our upcoming glazier team

Measure and install shower enclosures, doors, and panels

Replace residential windows and storm doors

Remove old glass and prepare installation surfaces

Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing
