Overview: The Shift Lead is a key part of our bakery team, balancing hands-on tasks with some leadership responsibilities. You’ll help guide the team, uphold Nothing Bundt Cakes’ brand standards, and help create warm, joyful experiences for every guest.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support team members during your shift.

Decorate, frost, and prepare cakes to meet our quality and presentation standards.

Deliver friendly, memorable guest experiences.

Open and close the bakery following cash and operational procedures.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe guest and work areas.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in food service, hospitality, or team leadership preferred.

Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work weekends/holidays.

Dependable, positive, and guest-focused.
