Requirements
2 or more years experience in gutter installations required
Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions
Great communication and customer service skills
Can lead a crew and provide guidance/coaching to less experienced crew members
Positive attitude and a team player
Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
Interest in growing with the company and taking on a leadership role
Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license
Compensation
$30 - $40 per hour, depending on experience
