Lead HVAC Installer

Location: San Diego, CA Pay: $30–$40 per hour + bonuses & full benefits Employment Type: Full-Time

Now, we’re looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who can take charge of projects and deliver top-notch results.

What You’ll Do As a Lead Installer, you’ll manage full installation projects in residential and light commercial settings. You’ll run the job site, lead a team, communicate with the office, and ensure everything is completed safely, on time, and up to standard.

Responsibilities include:

Leading residential and light commercial HVAC installs

Managing install crews and mentoring junior technicians

Ordering and organizing all necessary materials

Ensuring job sites are clean, safe, and compliant

Inspecting work for quality control

Coordinating permits and documentation

Maintaining accurate job records

Managing job costs and keeping projects on schedule

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of HVAC install experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check

EPA or NATE certification (preferred but not required)
