What you’ll do
Install residential heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
Provide a professional, customer-friendly experience on every job.
Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready to use.
Complete paperwork, invoices, and job notes accurately.
Use materials efficiently and keep proper stock on the truck.
Work well with teammates and communicate clearly with customers.
Pitch in on cross-training and other shop needs as needed.
What we’re looking for
Prior HVAC installation experience.
CFC certification.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
Strong communication skills.
A dependable, positive attitude.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Local to Sioux Falls or willing to relocate.
